Bunyonyi Overland Resort is located at Lake Bunyonyi, Kabale southwestern Uganda. It offers superb accommodation in comfortable safari tents, rooms, cottages, and family cottages. They also offer a camping option for those with their own equipment and a comfortable ‘rent a mobile tent’ with or without bedding arrangements in their pleasant gardens. Whilst at the resort you will find lots of activities to keep you more than occupied. All accommodations are sited with splendid views over the lake.

There are 10 furnished safari tents that are mounted on raised platforms. Each has its own terrace and wonderful views over Lake Bunyonyi.

Cottages: Each of our 12 cottages with panoramic views up the lake offer both twin and double occupancy options.
Family Cottages which are two in number are completely self-contained and fully furnished for travelers who move with their families. Satellite TV is also included. The terraced block makes part of the four-room rooms in the Resort.

For those on a budget traveling without their own camping equipment why not consider renting a mobile tent from them, with or without bedding, Choose your pitch and they will set it up and furnish for you. The Resort also provides room to clients who want Self-camping. For the case of responsible Tourism the management of the resort has been implementing a number of strategies and among these involve, the tree-planting campaigns at the lodge and in the surrounding areas and visitors are also encouraged to at least plant a tree during their stay in the lodge to promote the environmental conservation campaign., also visitors haven taken to learn about the lives of the local population, their farming activities and how community tourism is directly benefitting villagers. Local communities are invited to sell their locally made handicrafts to our guests and many more others.
